Biomolecular Integrations provides comprehensive monoclonal antibody production
service.using our state of-the-art facilities and experienced team of well rounded
professionals. We also offer large scale ascites production and antibody purification and
characterization services.
We can use antigens (proteins, peptides or recombinant proteins) provided by customers
or produced in house by Biomolecular Integrations to immunize mouse. We generally
follow our standardized protocol for the fusion of myeloma cells and antibody-producing
B-lymphocytes, and clonal screening and expansion. However, we can also customize the
protocol according to customer’s needs. We deliver monoclonal antibody projects in the
most cost-effective and timely manner.
●Antigens (recombinant proteins, peptides, or others) provided by customers or
produced at Biomolecular Integrations.
●Biomolecular Integrations will fuse SP2/0 with 1 mouse spleen cells
selected from 5 immunized BALB/c mice with the best ELISA titer.
Customers may also request customized package. We will work with you to
come up with a package that is the most cost effective and applicable to your
needs.
●Monoclonal antibodies are typically produced in 4-6 months.
Validation of Non-characterized Antibody: We also provide additional services for
characterization of antibodies on for ELISA assays, immunoprecipitation, Western
blotting, and Immunohistochemistry using normal and disease tissues.
Our Guarantees: We guarantee two positive clones for monoclonal antibody
development if peptide antigens were designed, synthesized, and conjugated by
Biomolecular Integrations. ELISA titers are guaranteed to reach >25,000.
