Please provide  the following information when placing your order:

1. Purchase order number or credit card information
2. Name of Principal Investigator
3. Your name, institution, address, telephone number, email address and fax number
4. Name and telephone number of the purchasing agent
5. Shipping and billing addresses
6. Product catalog number, description, size and quantitity

1. Registration: Please register to create free account. This allows you to place and track your order information and communicate with customer services.
2. Cart System : Using the cart system, search and select the products/items that you would like to order.
3. Payment Methods: Biomolecular Integrations accept all major credit cards and Purchase Orders (PO) from approved institutions.

2. Credit Card (CC): Please call customer service representative to provide your credit card information or a customer service representative will contact you by phone for credit card information. Please provide the updated contact number.
3. Shipping Policy: Biomolecular Integrations ships packages by UPS, FedEx or USPS. An order will be confirmed and shipped only after a valid PO number or credit card information has been received.

Product Availability and Delivery

Your order will be shipped on the next business day once the order is received. Customers will be notified of any product unavailability immediately. Orders are shipped only on weekdays. Orders received by 12 pm CST on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday should ship the following morning. Orders received after 12 pm CST on Monday should ship on Wednesday. Orders received after 12pm CST on Tuesday should ship on Thursday. All orders received after 12pm CST on Wednesday and any order received on Thursday or Friday should be shipped out on the following Monday. As always, weather conditions and holidays may delay shipments. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Limited Product Warranty

Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specification sheet will be replaced at no charge. This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of the product. No other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided by Promab. Promab shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use any product.
